- booking solid reservations at Siam Society Resort if you choose those accommodations;
- getting you their most favorable rates (the lowest available from any source);
- picking you up at the airport and delivering you safely to your hotel;
- taking you to the hospital for the consultation, evaluation and tests; and
- returning you to the hotel or resort when completed;
- taking you to the hospital again for treatment; and
- picking you up from the hospital and returning you to your hotel when your hospital stay is completed; plus
- picking you up from your hotel and taking you back to the airport when your visit to Thailand is finished and you return home.
Our medical escort is highly experienced with multiple cultures, well travelled, and fluent in written and spoken English and Thai. He or she acts as your contact person on the ground if you need any advice or help with any other matters or need anyone to help contact friends or loved ones back home for any reason. Your concierge can also provide some basic translation services by phone if you find yourself in a situation where no one can speak English. This is useful for situations outside of your hospital visits. Hospital staff are fluent English as well as a multitude of other languages.
