Professor Dr Sava Perovic, MD, PhD of Belgrade University's School of Medicine (everything with yellow background on this page is about him in Belgrade, cyan background = Thailand) is a board certified urologist considered to be one of best surgeons in the world. On rare occasions, he performs surgery in Bangkok. He currently has no schedule to return to Bangkok in 2009.

Professor Perovic's surgical fees are package prices for the procedures in Belgrade, Serbia . Generally, his package prices are about 18.8 to 40% more than only the surgical fee of a leading Thai plastic surgeon but considering he provides the world's best aesthetic and functional surgical results with remarkably fewer complications, why not get the best with lowest risk? He is so good it's not easy for us to recommend anyone else anywhere for any type of genital modification.

In Belgrade, Dr Perovic's fee includes the cost of the medical facility and your hospital stay, the doctor's fee, and relevant transportation during your stay, such as pickup from and return to the airport and between your hotel and the hospital. The cost of your airfare, accommodations and food is NOT included, nor is anything else not directly related to your surgery.

In other locations, such as Thailand, Greece, Germany, Russia or the Ukraine the doctor's surgical fee is the same but the cost of the medical center and medications are NOT included, no transport is provided, and the group of patients getting surgery share a “foreign location” fee. In Bangkok, that is approximately Euros €3250.

The medical facility where the surgery is performed invoices the patient separately for hospital stay and medications. It is NOT included in Dr Perovic's fee.

The professor quotes a surgical fee in response to a patient's submission of: 1) his/her medical history; with 2) a specific request to for a certain surgery; and 3) photos when relevant, such as in all cases of penis enhancement or other biological male genital modification.

Submission of your medical history and photos does not commit you to proceeding to get surgery from Dr Perovic. The professor's evaluation and proposal is only for your consideration. If you find it acceptable, then you book the surgery.

Obstetrics and Gynecology

     Labia Plastic Surgery — US$300. Labiaplasty surgery takes 45-60 minutes & is performed as an out-patient procedure under local anesthesia with sedation. It reduces excess labial tissues (majora or minora) for aesthetics, reconstruction or patient comfort. Excess tissues are excised in a V-shaped manner, then upper & lower edges are sutured together. During the pre-op consultation a gynecologist provides a thorough gynecologic exam. This is the surgical solution for hypertrophic labia.*


     Hymenoplasty Surgery — US$350. Broken hymen repair & hymen reconstruction is a 1-2 hour out-patient procedure performed under local anesthesia with sedation. Torn areas of hymen are denuded & upper layer of tissue removed. Edges are brought back together to reform the star-shaped “ring”. Denuded area is approximated with stitches so tissues will grow back together & made small enough that it tears when intercourse occurs. The stitches are absorbable and need no removal. During the pre-op consultation a gynecologist provides a thorough gynecologic exam.*

     *Both Labiaplasty and Hymenoplasty are best performed during the middle of a woman's menstrual cycle (at least 14 days after the first day of her menstruation) to help ensure complete healing of the surgical wounds before the next menstruation.
